Agate Scotland

As yet this is only 1 of 2 stalactitic agates I have found in the Usan area. This agate was discovered amongst a small bank of shingle amidst rocky outcrops where it had become heavily fractured. I later wax-treated this stone, which has improved its appearance tenfold. It amazes me that after collecting and cutting thousands of agates from the area, I have still yet to find another piece with comparable markings!
