Agate Scotland

Here is an example of an Usan agate showing deformation of the fortification banding presumably caused by extensive weathering. It exhibits a wonderful depth with the clear chalcedony visible between the broader bands. It was found by myself in 2013 at an often searched shinglebank to the south of Pebble Rock.
